Turkey is one of the largest produce suppliers to the Russian market, with short logistics and a nearly year-round calendar: greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers from Antalya through the winter, citrus from November to April, cherries, apricots and peaches in summer, grapes, figs and pomegranates in autumn. We arrange sourcing from producers and export packers and delivery to Russia under contract — for your request.
Two working formats: a seasonal programme with an agreed calendar and specification, or a spot delivery on request. A programme can hold several items with different windows; the composition, volumes and schedule are fixed in the contract before the season starts.

The monthly windows come from the consolidated seasonality calendar: the direction table and the calendar are built from the same data. Availability, variety and the exact boundaries of the window are confirmed before quotation.

Supply terms
Batch, packaging, route
The parameters a buyer asks about first. Everything named here goes into the contract specification before shipment. The destination is your warehouse or the distribution centre (DC) of a retail chain.
Minimum batch
We work from a full truck or container. Exact volumes and the delivery schedule are fixed in the contract.
Packaging and labelling
Packaging type, net weight per box, palletising layout and the labelling artwork are agreed in the specification before the first shipment. Repacking and labelling to your acceptance standard are arranged at partner preparation facilities.
Route and transit time
Road delivery and a short sea leg are the basic options for this direction; the choice depends on the batch, the season and the destination. The route, the mode of transport and the transit time are stated in the quotation together with the price and the delivery basis. The temperature mode is fixed in the carriage contract.
Shipping documents
The document set is assembled for the item and the delivery basis: phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, food safety documents, invoice, packing list and transport documents. The exact composition is fixed in the contract.

How supply is organised
Direct contract
We are ready to contract producers and export packers directly — for a specific request. Before every contract we check the supplier against the restrictions in force at Rosselkhoznadzor: an exporter closed for import means a truck stopped at the border, not a line in the news. Specification, calibre, packaging and the Incoterms delivery basis are fixed in the contract.
Quality control at loading
Inspection in the country of shipment is arranged before loading: ripeness, calibre, packaging and temperature mode are checked against the agreed specification, and the scope of control is fixed in the contract. The point of control is to catch discrepancies before the DC gates, not at them.
Cold chain to the point of acceptance
The cold chain to the DC of a chain or to the buyer's warehouse is arranged with engaged partner carriers; the temperature mode is fixed in the carriage contract.

Frequent questions
What produce can be sourced in Turkey?
Citrus, greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers, cherries, apricots, peaches, grapes, figs and pomegranates. The list follows the season — availability, variety and calibre are confirmed before quotation.
Why Turkey rather than more distant origins?
Logistics: a road leg and a short sea leg mean days in transit instead of weeks, which matters most for soft fruit and greenhouse vegetables. Both the delivery cost and the appearance of the produce at acceptance benefit.
What happens if the season shifts?
Windows open and close with the weather, so we confirm the boundaries of the season before quotation instead of treating the calendar as a promise. If an item has left its window, we will say so plainly and offer another variety or another origin.
Can you deliver directly to a retail DC?
Yes, within the agreed terms of the contract: the cold chain to the DC is arranged with engaged partner carriers, and produce is prepared to the chain's acceptance standard fixed in the specification.
