About us
A trading house: we arrange supply under contract
ALPHA GROUP is an international trading house: a trading company that arranges supply from origin to market. We are a party to the contract — we sign it, take on the organisation and coordination of the whole chain, and answer for the result to the extent fixed by that contract.
A middleman passes on contacts and adds a percentage. A trading house signs the contract, answers for the specification, the price and the timing — and arranges the entire chain of execution, from verifying the supplier to handing the goods over to the buyer.
Specialised operations — transport, storage, handling, customs declaration — are carried out by engaged partners; the arrangement, the control and the responsibility towards you stay with us.
If you are checking who you are dealing with
This page is written for the person who decides on a counterparty: a director, a buyer, a lawyer. Here is how the company is built: how the deal circuit is assembled, what binds us in writing, and what you can verify before the first shipment.
How it is built
We started with a circuit, not with promises
A trading house does not begin with the first container. It begins with a circuit that holds for the first one and for the hundredth. We built that circuit and opened it up: the deal model, the procedure for working with counterparties, the contractual limits of liability, the request forms, the client portal with statuses. All of it is visible before the first deal — walk through the site and put a question to the trade desk.

The area of responsibility for every node is fixed in the contract — ours and the engaged partner's. There are no unassigned nodes in this scheme.
Positioning
At the intersection of four disciplines
Problems in trade happen between functions: the trader points at the forwarder, the forwarder points at the warehouse. We keep trading, supply, quality and logistics inside one deal — and one responsibility.
Trading
Buying and selling goods under contract: export, import, domestic trade.
Supply
The supply chain is assembled for each deal: sources, preparation, documents.
Quality
Control at handover points and a managed procedure when goods deviate.
Logistics
Transport and warehousing through engaged partners: domestic and cross-border.
What we do
Four directions, one contract

Principles
What binds us in writing
The validity period is stated in the quotation itself
While that period runs, the price we named does not change. Once it expires, any re-pricing to the market is discussed before signing — not after shipment.
Goods are handed over prepared
Sorted, calibrated, packed, labelled and documented to the agreed specification — before claims, not after them.
Deviations are a procedure, not an argument
What we do when goods deviate and who answers for what is written into the contract before shipment. Collection of the consignment, re-sorting, re-packing and re-submission are arranged to the extent fixed by that contract.
Obligations arise from the contract
Volume, timing, quality and liability apply in the wording in which they were signed. Anything unsigned is a negotiation.
There are no invented facts on this site
Demonstration data in the catalogue is marked as such — on the page and in the markup for search engines. Certifications, case studies and references are published as deals close — and only then.
Verification
How to check us before the first deal
We are not asking you to take our word for it. Here are three ways to form an opinion at no risk.
Walk through the site
The working procedure, the list of what to send for a quotation and the boundaries — the schemes we do not work with — are published in full, not «available on request».
Schemes we do not work withPut a question to the trade desk
Send the product, the volume and the destination. The answer shows whether the counterparty understands your goods — and that costs less than any presentation.
Ask a questionStart with a trial consignment
The first volume is the smallest one worth moving: a full truck or a container. Terms, specification and liability are fixed by the same contract as a large programme.
The contracting entity
The party to the contract in every deal is a Russian legal entity, OOO TD ALFAGRUPP. Its registration data is published in the operator's details on the legal pages of this site. Bank details and constitutional documents are provided with the draft contract and on request before it is signed.

Start with a specific request
Product, volume and destination — that is enough for us to come back with the timing of a quotation. Something not at hand? Send what you have, we will ask for the rest.
