Who this is for

International buyers and importersyou need goods of Russian origin to specification, with a clear delivery basis and a document set that suits your jurisdiction.

Buyers in the EAEU countriesthe Eurasian Economic Union: in mutual trade inside the union customs declaration is not required and there are no import duties between member states. Other procedures remain: the statistical form recording the movement of goods is on our side as the seller, and confirmation of the zero VAT rate rests on documents from both parties; the order and the deadlines for exchanging documents are fixed in the contract. Applicable restrictions on the product and the destination are checked for every request.

Traders and trading housesyou have the end buyer and you need a counterparty on the shipping side that answers for the goods under the contract.

Russian origin, international delivery

We arrange supplies of commodities and goods of Russian origin under direct contracts — against the buyer's request. We are ready to contract the volume to your specification: we select and verify the source for the specific deal instead of offering “whatever is available”.

If your product or your market is not on this page, send a request. We will screen the position against export regulations, assess the source and the logistics, and give you a direct answer: feasible or not, and on what terms.

  • Supply under contract: specification, price, volume and Incoterms delivery basis are fixed before shipment
  • Export documentation is prepared within the agreed terms of the contract
  • Customs formalities: we coordinate, licensed partners declare

How export works

Five steps from the request for quotation (RFQ) to delivery. The terms are fixed before shipment.

01

Request

Product, volume, country of destination and the required delivery basis. We screen the position and the destination against export regulations.

02

Specification and terms

We confirm the specification, the origin, the packaging and the price, and name the validity period of the quotation.

03

Contract

Incoterms basis, payment and liability of the parties — in writing, before money and goods move.

04

Shipment and documents

Loading, export documentation and customs formalities — within the agreed terms; licensed partners declare, we coordinate.

05

Delivery

The cargo is at the agreed point with the document set whose composition is fixed in the contract.

Product groups for export

Eight product groups for export — all but fresh produce, which belongs to import. The deal runs under a contract with a fixed specification and delivery basis; applicable restrictions on the product and the destination are checked before the quotation.

Petroleum products: export restriction

Diesel, marine fuel and gas oils: their export from Russia is banned until 31 January 2027. From 1 September 2026 the exemption applies to direct producers only: the export contract is made by the plant and we arrange the deal and the supply as its agent. Before that date we do not arrange export.

05 /

Export control

Every request is screened against export regulations and applicable restrictions. The feasible destination and the delivery basis are confirmed once the check is complete.

01

The product. We check the position by its HS code: applicable prohibitions, licensing requirements, dual-use indicators.

02

The destination. Geography depends on the product and the regulations in force — we confirm the destination once the check is complete, not in the first email.

03

The counterparty. We check the party to the deal before the contract: company documents, the signatory's authority, beneficial owners.

What to state in an export request

The more precise the request, the faster the quotation. The minimum we start calculating from:

Parameters for the calculation

Product and specification. Name, grade or quality standard (GOST, TU, an international specification), key parameters

Volume and schedule. Lot tonnage; a single shipment or a program with a monthly calendar

Country and point of destination. Port, station, warehouse — down to the specific point

Incoterms delivery basis. FCA, FOB, CPT, DAP — which basis you need and in which revision (Incoterms 2020)

Containers and packaging. Bulk, liquid bulk, big bags, sacks, bags; marking requirements

Payment terms and contract currency

Company details. We verify the counterparty before approaching producers

The export document set

  • Contract and the specification annex, invoice and packing list
  • Quality certificate or the producer's quality passport for the lot
  • Certificate of origin (form CT-1 for the CIS and EAEU countries)
  • Goods declaration and the HS code
  • Transport documents by mode of carriage: CMR, SMGS rail waybill, bill of lading (B/L), air waybill (AWB)
  • Product-specific permits — the composition depends on the group and is named on the page of each catalog category

The composition of the set is fixed in the contract to suit the requirements of your jurisdiction and the terms of your bank.

What you receive

01

A quotation with a basis and a validity period. The price on the agreed Incoterms basis and the period within which it does not change.

02

One contract for the whole chain. Purchasing, preparation, documents and logistics — under a single agreement with the trading house.

03

A verified destination. The feasibility of supply is confirmed once the regulatory check is complete — before you build your plan on it.
