Services around the shipment

Trade does not end when the truck pulls out. We prepare goods for acceptance at first presentation — to the standard agreed in the contract specification.

01 /

Positioning

Goods reach the buyer prepared — to the contract specification.

The consignment is prepared to the agreed specification: quality verified, packaging and pallets to the receiving party's standard, documents complete. What exactly “prepared” means for your supply is written into the specification before signing, instead of being settled at the gate.

Operations are performed through partner infrastructure — sorting centres, packing lines and warehouses. We organise and control the process; partners provide the facilities.

Who needs this

Four situations in which the service decides the deal

We organise the services inside our own supply and separately — for someone else's deal, when the goods and the contract are yours but the operational capacity is not.

Buyers

Goods arrive in the condition the specification describes: grade, calibre, packaging, labelling and documents agreed before shipment.

Suppliers and traders

Your position and your counterparties stay yours; we cover preparation, control and documents on the operational leg of the deal.

Retail chains

Preparation to the acceptance standard of the distribution centre (DC), and a managed course of action if the consignment is rejected.

Companies without a quality function

We organise batch control as a standalone service: checkpoints and criteria are fixed in the contract.

Place in the chain

Between shipment and acceptance

The services cover the stretch where money is lost most often: the goods are already bought but not yet accepted.

  1. 01

    Before shipment

Control at origin and at loading: condition, calibre, packaging, labelling and the document set — against the agreed specification.

  2. 02

    In transit and on site

Preparation of the consignment: sorting, calibration, repacking and palletising to the requirements of the buyer or the chain.

  3. 03

    Before handover

Final check and assembly of the shipping documents; dispatch within the agreed acceptance window.

  4. 04

    After acceptance

If the consignment is rejected, quality recovery starts as a contract procedure rather than as a dispute.

Any stretch can be taken on its own. A standalone service does not require the goods to have been bought from us.

Documents and liability

What is written down before work begins

Specification
Grade, calibre, moisture, tolerances for deviations, packaging and labelling — in a form against which a consignment can be accepted or refused.
Scope of work
The list of operations, the site, completion dates and the handling cost per unit.
Checkpoints and criteria
Where we check, what exactly, against which tolerances, and what counts as a deviation.
Procedure on deviation
Quality recovery terms: scope, timing and cost — under the specific contract.
Document set
The composition of the pack for the supply and for every movement of the goods; who prepares it and at what point it is handed over.

Obligations arise only from signed documents. Everything named on this page applies to the extent fixed by the contract.

The result

One contract instead of four subcontractors

01

One figure

Preparation, control and storage are calculated together and quoted as a single number, not assembled from four invoices.

02

One party accountable

Instead of coordinating a sorting site, an inspection, a warehouse and a carrier — one contract with the trading house; the areas of responsibility for each stage are fixed in it.

03

A consignment that can be accepted

Goods arrive in the condition described by the specification, with a complete document set — acceptance runs on documents, not on argument.

How to ask

Six lines and we can calculate

The calculation is built from the parameters of the consignment. The more precisely they are named, the closer the first number is to the one that ends up in the contract.

  1. 01

What the goods are and what condition they are in now.

  2. 02

Volume of the consignment and its format: pallets, cases, bulk, big bags.

  3. 03

Which service is needed: preparation, control, quality recovery, storage — or the full cycle.

  4. 04

Where the goods are and where they go: buyer's warehouse, retail DC, port, rail station.

  5. 05

The receiving party's requirements: specification, packaging and labelling standard, acceptance window.

  6. 06

Timing: when the consignment becomes available and when it has to be handed over.

Some parameters may be unknown — send what you have, and we will ask for the rest separately.

Name the consignment, we will price the service

The goods, the volume, the receiving party's requirements and the handover point. In return — the scope of work, the site and the handling cost per unit.
