Catalog
Product Catalog
Nine commodity groups we arrange on request — through partner infrastructure and under contract. Price, volume and specification are fixed in every contract.
Who this is for
For supply and procurement managers who already have the nomenclature in hand. The catalog shows not warehouse stock but the groups we are ready to contract and the parameters the price is built from. If a position is not on the list, that does not mean no: send a request and we will find a source for your specification.
How the catalog turns into a quotation
Four steps. The first one is yours, the rest are ours.
Request for a position
You state the product, the specification, the volume, the destination and the Incoterms delivery basis you need.
Source verification
We select and verify a producer or an exporter for the specific volume and deadline — for the deal, not off a catalog page.
Quotation
You receive the price on the agreed basis, the specification and the validity period of the quotation.
Contract and delivery
The terms are fixed in the contract; preparation, quality control and logistics are arranged by us.
The catalog contains demonstration data: such positions are marked. Commercial terms — price, volume, specification — are fixed in the contract.
What to state in your request
Five parameters without which nobody can calculate the price — neither we nor the producer:
- 01Specification or quality standard. The grade, GOST or technical specification, the indicators; for sugar — ICUMSA, for grain — class and gluten, for steel — grade and product range.
- 02Volume and schedule. A single lot or a programme with a shipment calendar.
- 03Incoterms delivery basis and destination. Down to the exact point: warehouse, rail station, port, distribution centre (DC).
- 04Packaging. Dry bulk, liquid bulk, big bags, sacks, pallets; marking requirements.
- 05Payment terms and contract currency.
Every group has its own list — what we ask about and which documents are part of the supply set. It is on the category page.
Choose a categoryWhat you get
A quotation and its validity period — the price on the agreed basis together with the specification, not a market range.
A list of the missing parameters — if the request lacks data for the calculation, we name it in the very first reply, not after three emails.
A straight answer if we do not have the position. We do not take a request into work just in case.
Next step
Need terms for a specific position?
Send the specification, the volume and the destination — we calculate the price on your delivery basis and name the quotation timeline. If the position you need is not in the catalog, send the request anyway: we source against specification.
First reply usually within one business day.
