You see where the cargo is: confirmation, loading, transit, delivery, documents. Statuses are updated as the trading desk works.
How we start
Send a request for quotation (RFQ)
Product, specification, volume, destination and Incoterms delivery basis. If something is not at hand, send what you have — we will clarify the rest.
Receive the quotation
We confirm the specification, country of origin, price and basis. The price is quoted as one figure on the agreed basis, not as a range starting from.
Contract and execution
Preparation, logistics and documents — with statuses until acceptance. All commercial terms are in the contract before money and goods move.
