- Quality indicators. For grain — gluten and its deformation index, protein, moisture, test weight, foreign and grain admixture, falling number; for sugar — ICUMSA, polarisation, moisture, colour; for oil — acid and peroxide value, extraction method; for flour — whiteness, ash content, gluten
- Volume and schedule. Tonnage; a single lot or monthly shipments within a seasonal programme
- Incoterms delivery basis and destination. FCA elevator or plant, CPT station, DAP warehouse, FOB port
- Packaging. Bulk, big bags, 25 or 50 kg sacks, flexitanks, drums and bottles for oil; palletising, stacking pattern and marking
- Export destination. For export of grain, oilseeds and sugar — the country of destination; applicable export duties, quotas and temporary restrictions are confirmed as at the date of the quotation and are part of the price
- Batch traceability requirements — if your technologist or your retail chain requires them
- Payment terms and contract currency

- Quality passport or certificate for the lot, test report from an accredited laboratory
- Declaration of conformity to the EAEU technical regulations: TR CU 021/2011 (food safety), TR CU 022/2011 (labelling), TR CU 015/2011 (grain safety)
- Phytosanitary certificate — for plant products on export; quarantine certificate for movement inside the country
- Accompanying document for the transportation of a grain lot (SDIZ) issued in the FGIS Zerno state system — for grain and grain processing products
- Certificate of origin (form ST-1 — for CIS and EAEU countries)
- Invoice, packing list, shipping documents; for export — the goods declaration and the HS (TN VED) code
EAEU — the Eurasian Economic Union.
