Diesel, marine fuel, gas oils and gasoline we supply to the domestic market: their export from Russia is restricted by a temporary ban.

- Grade and standard. Diesel fuel: grade or emission class to GOST 32511 (EURO) or grades DT-L, DT-Z, DT-A to GOST 305; fuel oil (GOST 10585), high-sulphur gas oil (to the producer's technical specification), viscous road bitumen (BND, GOST 33133), jet fuel TS-1 (GOST 10227), marine low-viscosity fuel (GOST 32510), heating oil (to the producer's technical specification), liquefied petroleum gases (GOST 20448) — the grade and the governing standard; motor gasoline AI-92 or AI-95 (GOST 32513) — for the domestic market only
- Quality indicators. Sulphur content, flash and pour point, density at 15 °C, viscosity; for gas oil — the distillation range; for gasoline — the octane number by the research or the motor method; for bitumen — needle penetration and softening point
- Volume and schedule. Tonnage of the lot; a single shipment or a monthly schedule with a start date
- Incoterms delivery basis and destination. For the Russian domestic market — ex-tank at the oil depot, ex-depot with pickup by road tanker, delivered by road tanker to the consignee, franco-wagon at the destination station. For deliveries abroad — FCA oil depot or refinery, CPT destination station, DAP warehouse, FOB port under Incoterms 2020 — down to the exact point
- Packaging and transport. Liquid bulk in rail or road tank cars, big bags, clovertainers (returnable containers for bitumen); whether the consignee has a discharge rack, a rail siding, tanks and heating
- Loading and discharge temperature — for bitumen and fuel oil
- Market. Domestic market or export. Export of diesel, marine fuel and gas oils from Russia is banned until 31 January 2027; from 1 September 2026 the exemption applies to direct producers only — the export contract is made by the plant and we act as its agent. Gasoline — domestic market only

Supply documents
- Batch quality passport from the producing plant and the laboratory test report
- Declaration of conformity to TR CU 013/2011 — for motor gasoline, diesel fuel and fuel oil
- Product safety data sheet; hazard class and UN number for the carriage of dangerous goods (ADR)
- Certificate of origin (form ST-1 — for CIS and EAEU countries)
- Invoice, packing list or loading act, gauging data and seal numbers
- Transport documents: SMGS rail waybill or consignment note (TN), CMR, bill of lading (B/L)
- For export — the goods declaration and the HS (TN VED) code
EAEU — the Eurasian Economic Union.
