Parameters for the calculation
- Type and active ingredient. Urea (nitrogen not less than 46.2%), ammonium nitrate (nitrogen 34.4%), sulphoammophos, ammophos, potassium chloride (K₂O 60%), complex NPK — with the formula (for example 16:16:16); for liquid — UAN, stating the grade
- Granulometry and physical properties. Granule size in millimetres and the share of the main fraction, granule crushing strength, caking, anti-caking treatment
- Volume and schedule. Tonnage; the seasonal window — for the spring or the autumn campaign, with the date of readiness for shipment
- Incoterms delivery basis and destination. FCA plant, CPT station, DAP farm warehouse, FOB port
- Packaging. Bulk, 500 or 1000 kg big bags (with or without a polyethylene liner), 50 kg sacks; marking and palletising requirements
- Acceptance and storage on your side. Unloading, warehouse, storage conditions
- Payment terms and contract currency
Supply documents
- Batch quality passport and test report: mass fraction of nutrients, moisture, granulometric composition
- Conformity assessment document and the state registration certificate of the agrochemical — for use on the territory of Russia
- Safety data sheet; for ammonium nitrate — hazard class documents and the requirements for carriage and storage; the procedure is confirmed after the check
- Certificate of origin (form ST-1 — for CIS and EAEU countries)
- Invoice, packing list, transport documents: consignment note (TN), CMR, SMGS rail waybill, bill of lading (B/L)
- For export — the goods declaration and the HS (TN VED) code
EAEU — the Eurasian Economic Union.
The composition of the document set is fixed in the contract — for the product, the destination and the requirements of your side.
