Catalog

Industrial Goods

Cement, construction materials, equipment, components and spare parts: brand, part number or technical assignment — matched to the project schedule.

Who this is for

For construction and general contractors, industrial plants and procurement departments, and project suppliers.

We are ready to contract the positions of this group for your request: we select and verify the source for the specific volume, deadline and delivery basis. We do not sell what happens to be lying around — we search and contract to your requirements.

What happens after the request

01 /

Source verification

We select a producer or an exporter for your volume and deadline and verify it before the contract: company documents, production facilities, specification, samples.

02 /

Contract

The specification, the price, the volume, the Incoterms delivery basis and the liability are fixed in writing before money and goods move.

03 /

Quality control

We arrange a pre-shipment inspection against the agreed specification; in case of deviations we can arrange quality recovery — in accordance with the terms of the specific contract.

04 /

Delivery and documents

We arrange transportation using partner carriers; customs formalities are coordinated by us and declared by licensed partners.

Positions in this category

Supply forms and packaging depend on the position: liquid and dry bulk, big bags, sacks, drums, bags and pallets, flexitanks for liquid cargo in a container. State the packaging you need in the request — it affects both the price and the route.

Demo data

The catalog contains demonstration data: such positions are marked. Commercial terms — price, volume, specification — are fixed in the contract.

What to state in your request

The more precise the request, the faster the quotation. Below are the parameters the price is built from and the documents that are part of the supply set for this group.

Parameters for the calculation

  • Nomenclature. Cement (for example CEM I 42.5N to GOST 31108), dry mixes, insulation, steel structures, equipment, components and spare parts
  • Technical description. The producer's brand, model and part number; drawing, questionnaire or technical assignment; whether equivalents are acceptable and on which parameters
  • Volume, scope and schedule. Quantity per position, the scope of supply, the deadline; for projects — a calendar by work stage
  • Incoterms delivery basis and destination. Including the unloading conditions on site: who unloads and what equipment is available
  • Packaging. Pallets, crating, export packaging; weight and dimensions of the handling unit, out-of-gauge features
  • Warranty and service requirements. The producer's warranty period; whether supervised installation and commissioning are needed — such services are covered by a separate contract
  • Payment terms and contract currency

Supply documents

  • Product passport and operating manual; for cement and construction materials — the batch quality passport
  • Conformity assessment document under the applicable EAEU technical regulation — for example TR CU 010/2011 for machinery and equipment; EAC marking where it applies
  • For cement and certain construction materials — a certificate of conformity in the national mandatory conformity assessment system: the EAEU technical regulation does not cover these positions
  • Test reports and material certificates — as required by the project documentation
  • Certificate of origin (form ST-1 — for CIS and EAEU countries)
  • Invoice, packing list with the weight and dimensions of every unit, transport documents
  • For export — the goods declaration, the HS (TN VED) code; for equipment — a check of whether the position falls under dual-use goods Compliance and export control

EAEU — the Eurasian Economic Union.

The composition of the document set is fixed in the contract — for the product, the destination and the requirements of your side. Availability, timing and terms for a specific position are confirmed after source verification. If something is not at hand, send the request as it is — we will clarify the rest.

What you get

A quotation on your delivery basis — the price, the specification and its validity period.

A document set named in advance — not a promise to figure it out along the way, but a list that is fixed in the contract.

A date you can plan from — when the quotation will be ready and from which moment the shipment can go into your schedule.
