Catalog

Metals & Metal Products

Rebar, hot-rolled and cold-rolled products, pipes, sections, non-ferrous metals: steel grade, product range and coating as per the contract specification.

Who this is for

For construction contractors and developers, steel traders, machine-building and pipe plants, and international buyers of Russian steel.

We are ready to contract the positions of this group for your request: we select and verify the source for the specific volume, deadline and delivery basis. We do not sell what happens to be lying around — we search and contract to your requirements.

What happens after the request

01 /

Source verification

We select a producer or an exporter for your volume and deadline and verify it before the contract: company documents, production facilities, specification, samples.

02 /

Contract

The specification, the price, the volume, the Incoterms delivery basis and the liability are fixed in writing before money and goods move.

03 /

Quality control

We arrange a pre-shipment inspection against the agreed specification; in case of deviations we can arrange quality recovery — in accordance with the terms of the specific contract.

04 /

Delivery and documents

We arrange transportation using partner carriers; customs formalities are coordinated by us and declared by licensed partners.

Positions in this category

Supply forms and packaging depend on the position: liquid and dry bulk, big bags, sacks, drums, bags and pallets, flexitanks for liquid cargo in a container. State the packaging you need in the request — it affects both the price and the route.

Demo data

The catalog contains demonstration data: such positions are marked. Commercial terms — price, volume, specification — are fixed in the contract.

What to state in your request

The more precise the request, the faster the quotation. Below are the parameters the price is built from and the documents that are part of the supply set for this group.

Parameters for the calculation

  • Product range and size. Rebar (diameter, GOST 34028), hot-rolled and cold-rolled sheet and coil (thickness × width, GOST 19903 and GOST 19904), pipes (diameter × wall, GOST 10704 or technical specification), beams, channels, angles, wire rod, non-ferrous metals
  • Steel grade and strength class. St3sp, St3ps, 09G2S, A500S; for non-ferrous — the alloy grade; for export — the required EN or ASTM equivalent
  • Coating and surface condition. Uncoated, galvanised (zinc layer thickness), polymer coating with the RAL colour
  • Volume and schedule. Tonnage per position; a single lot or monthly shipments
  • Incoterms delivery basis and destination. FCA mill, CPT station or warehouse, FOB port
  • Packaging and handling unit requirements. Bundles, strapping, timber spacers, coils; the maximum weight and dimensions of one unit for your transport and unloading equipment
  • Lengths and tolerances. Cut, random or multiple lengths; geometry tolerances
  • Payment terms and contract currency

Supply documents

  • Mill quality certificate for the lot: chemical composition and mechanical properties of the heat
  • Test report at the buyer's request (for selected lots or heats)
  • Conformity assessment document where it applies to construction products
  • Certificate of origin (form ST-1 — for CIS and EAEU countries)
  • Invoice, packing list with bundle numbers, unit weights and heat numbers
  • Transport documents: consignment note (TN), CMR, SMGS rail waybill, bill of lading (B/L)
  • For export — the goods declaration and the HS (TN VED) code

EAEU — the Eurasian Economic Union.

The composition of the document set is fixed in the contract — for the product, the destination and the requirements of your side. Availability, timing and terms for a specific position are confirmed after source verification. If something is not at hand, send the request as it is — we will clarify the rest.

Export control

Every request is checked against export regulation and applicable restrictions. The possible destination and delivery basis are confirmed after the check.

What you get

A quotation on your delivery basis — the price, the specification and its validity period.

A document set named in advance — not a promise to figure it out along the way, but a list that is fixed in the contract.

A date you can plan from — when the quotation will be ready and from which moment the shipment can go into your schedule.

The category is already filled in the form — add the specification, the volume, the destination and the delivery basis you need. If a parameter for the calculation is missing, we name it in the first email, not the third.
