We select a producer or an exporter for your volume and deadline and verify it before the contract: company documents, production facilities, specification, samples.
Contract
The specification, the price, the volume, the Incoterms delivery basis and the liability are fixed in writing before money and goods move.
Quality control
We arrange a pre-shipment inspection against the agreed specification; in case of deviations we can arrange quality recovery — in accordance with the terms of the specific contract.
Delivery and documents
We arrange transportation using partner carriers; customs formalities are coordinated by us and declared by licensed partners.
Positions in this category

- What the product is. The category and the purpose; a sample, a part number or a link to a comparable product on the market. For private label — under whose brand and for which sales channel
- Specification. Technical requirements, material or composition, dimensions, colour, net and gross weight; for food products — the recipe and the shelf life
- Design, packaging and labelling. The packaging and label artwork, the label language, barcoding, retail chain requirements, applicable mandatory product marking
- Production run and schedule. The volume of the first lot and the planned annual volume — the run directly affects the unit price; the desired date of the first shipment
- Incoterms delivery basis and destination. Your warehouse or the distribution centre (DC) of the retail chain
- Shipping packaging. Primary, secondary and transport packaging; palletising and the stacking pattern
- Tooling. Whether a mould, a printing plate or other tooling is needed and on whose side it stays
- Payment terms and contract currency
Supply documents
- The approved control sample of the lot and the agreed packaging artwork
- Test report and conformity assessment document under the applicable EAEU technical regulation; for food products — TR CU 021/2011 and TR CU 022/2011
- Trademark documents and the rightholder's permission to produce under your brand
- Certificate of origin
- Invoice, packing list, transport documents
- For import or export — the goods declaration and the HS (TN VED) code

The composition of the document set is fixed in the contract — for the product, the destination and the requirements of your side. Availability, timing and terms for a specific position are confirmed after source verification. If something is not at hand, send the request as it is — we will clarify the rest.
