Positions in this category

Parameters for the calculation
- Species and product. Pine, spruce, larch, birch; edged board, beams, pallet blanks, plywood, veneer, wood pellets. Round wood and roughly processed timber we consider for the domestic market only: export of these positions from Russia is restricted by regulation — the possible destination is confirmed after the check
- Grade and standard. Grade to GOST 8486 for softwood sawn timber or export sorting; for plywood — veneer grade and emission class
- Dimensions and volume. Cross-section × length in millimetres for each position, cubic metres, geometry tolerances
- Moisture and treatment. Natural moisture or kiln drying to the required percentage, planed or unplaned, anti-septic treatment, end trimming
- Volume and schedule. Cubic metres per lot and per month, the date of readiness for shipment
- Incoterms delivery basis and destination. FCA warehouse or mill, CPT station, FOB port
- Packaging and mode of transport. Packs, strapping, cover material; a full container load (FCL) or a groupage shipment (LCL), open rail wagon, road transport
- Payment terms and contract currency
Supply documents
- Lot specification with the measurement list and the grade breakdown; moisture test report
- Phytosanitary certificate; where wooden packaging is used — ISPM 15 marking
- Fumigation or heat treatment certificate — if the country of destination requires it
- Documents on the legal origin of the timber: the electronic accompanying document for timber transportation and the timber transaction declaration in the federal state information system of the forestry complex (FGIS LK)
- Certificate of origin (form ST-1 — for CIS and EAEU countries)
- Invoice, packing list, transport documents: consignment note (TN), CMR, SMGS rail waybill, bill of lading (B/L)
- For export — the goods declaration and the HS (TN VED) code
EAEU — the Eurasian Economic Union.
The composition of the document set is fixed in the contract — for the product, the destination and the requirements of your side. Every request is checked against export regulation and applicable restrictions. The possible destination and delivery basis are confirmed after the check.
