Deliveries prepared for acceptance at first presentation — and a managed procedure if something goes wrong. This page answers who we are for a chain; the supply programme is described separately.
What you get
Preparation to the chain's specification
Sorted, packed and labeled to the agreed specification — before the truck arrives. The acceptance standard of your distribution centre (DC) is fixed in the contract specification, not retold verbally.
Quality recovery instead of disputes
Rejected lots can be collected, re-sorted, re-packed and re-submitted — in accordance with the terms of the specific contract. The procedure is agreed in advance, not at the moment of rejection.
Acceptance windows: planning and control
Slots at your DC are planned and controlled: departure is calculated backwards from the slot, arrival falls into the agreed window. Document discipline: the composition of the pack — quality, origin, transport — is fixed in the contract specification and assembled before shipment.
How we start
Send your requirements
Categories, volumes, acceptance standards, DC geography.
We align terms
Specifications, packaging and the parameters of a trial delivery.
Contract and scheduled deliveries
Regular deliveries with quality control and a full document set.
The retail supply programme — on a separate page
Categories and private label, calendar and volumes, delivery composition, packaging and labeling standard, documents to the chain's standard, the trial delivery procedure — all of it is described on the programme page. Here — only the role: who we are for a chain and what we answer for.
Send your network's requirements
Categories, volumes, acceptance standards and DC geography. In return — what of this we are ready to take, on what terms and which trial delivery we suggest starting with.
